Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Ritzi Collections. If you are not completely satisfied with our service( final product), please let us know within 48 hours. We will provide a corrective service free of charge.
Right to Refuse Service
Ritzi Collections reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Our refund & exchange policy lasts seven days for online retail product purchases only.
You may return/exchange only regular priced items. Items on sale aren't eligible for a refund/ store credit/ exchange.
For a return/exchange eligibility, an item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received it with a price tag on it. Moreover, it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For in-store purchases, all sales are final, with no refunds/ store credits or exchanges.
All Services, Custom/ Special orders( in-store & Online) are final, with no refunds/ store credits or exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
All services are non-refundable, but we will be glad to schedule a corrective service free of charge if you are unsatisfied with the final product.
It must be due to the service provider's mistake, not something you might have changed your mind (after the work is complete). In case of a disagreement, management must validate rework.
Our refund & exchange policy lasts seven days for online retail product purchases only. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
Return is possible only if the product you have received is damaged or has missing parts for reasons due to our error. Should you wish to return your item for store credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and get approval.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, a store credit will be processed, which you can use for your future purchases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchange is possible only if the product you have received is damaged or has missing parts for reasons due to our error. Should you wish to exchange your order with the same item in a better condition, email us at email@example.com and get approval.
To return/ exchange (if applicable) your product after approval, kindly mail your product to Ritzi Collections, 200 Tall Grass Cres, Kitchener, Ontario, N2P 0G7, Canada.By returning your item, you will cover the shipping fee. Please note that this is non-refundable.
